Health Insurance

We accept most major insurance, including Medicare. Please call to get the most updated list. If you have a co-pay—be prepared to pay this at each visit. For your initial visit, we will contact your insurance company ahead of time to verify coverage. However, this is not a guarantee of payment and we strongly advise that you contact your insurance company.

Workman's Comp

If you are being seen for a workman's compensation claim, please have your claim number, adjusters name and telephone number available when you call to make your first appointment. We will then verify that your claim is open, and contact you to schedule your first visit.

Motor Vehicle Accidents

If you are being seen for treatment after a motor vehicle accident, please have your vehicle insurance information available when you call for an appointment. We will call to verify that you have PIP benefits before scheduling your first visit.
