Crishna Grelle grew up playing many sports including running, soccer, dancing and cross country skiing. As a young athlete she experienced debilitating back pain and came to a deeper awareness the importance of taking care of her body. Later, she became a massage therapist and while practicing bodywork was inspired by her clients who came in with a certain grace and confidence about them. She found out the secret was Pilates. So intrigued by their presence and good posture, she set out to study and become a Pilates instructor herself. Crishna enjoys working one on one with clients and teaching small group classes. She brings joy and fun to everything she teaches and tailors every session to each person’s abilities and needs.
In her spare time, she enjoys Argentine Tango dancing, reading, exploring the NW, hiking with her dog, laughing and cooking with friends and family.
