Jessica discovered the mind-body-spirit connection many years ago through movement and massage therapy, and she’s been fascinated ever since. It took her a little longer to find yoga, but when she did, she felt like she had come home. Her deepest hope is that her teaching provides a safe, welcoming, and healing space for her students to explore what it means to be embodied beings. She has a particular interest in how experiences and emotions are stored in our bodies and how our bodies provide guidance and wisdom when we get still and listen. She originally trained at Seattle Yoga Arts and completed an additional training with a focus on adaptive yoga at Phinney Ridge Yoga.
