Gentle Restorative Yoga Classes

Relax and Recharge Gentle Yoga: Come unwind, quiet your mind, gently stretch your body, and breathe your stress away. This class will focus on meditative and fluid movement to increase range of motion and increase joint and muscle stability and flexibility, with options offered to gently and gradually strengthen. Great for beginners and experienced movers alike, who enjoy a slower, relaxing pace and/ or those who are living with chronic pain or recovering from injury. Appropriate for all levels!

Classes are offered as a drop in ($10 per 1-hour class) or you can purchase a 10 visit punch card online or in person. You can view available dates and times below.

Yoga Tune Up

Yoga Tune Up® is a blend of classical yoga and corrective exercise principles combined with self-massage, proper breathing techniques and various stretching modalities designed to highlight joint mobility and stability. Yoga Tune Up® helps to erase pain, improve posture and enhance performance. It’s a way of working with the body using integrated embodied anatomy, breaking down the nuts and bolts of human movement with anatomical awareness to get you breathing and moving in ways that open, energize and inform your tissues. Self-massage with soft, grippy therapy balls enhances this explorative work. Yoga Tune Up® is for all levels and everybody, no matter what style of movement discipline you practice.
