Gentle Restorative Yoga Classes

Relax and Recharge Gentle Yoga: Come unwind, quiet your mind, gently stretch your body, and breathe your stress away. This class will focus on meditative and fluid movement to increase range of motion and increase joint and muscle stability and flexibility, with options offered to gently and gradually strengthen. Great for beginners and experienced movers alike, who enjoy a slower, relaxing pace and/ or those who are living with chronic pain or recovering from injury. Appropriate for all levels!

Classes are offered as a drop in ($10 per 1-hour class) or you can purchase a 10 visit punch card online or in person. You can view available dates and times below.

Tuesdays & Fridays: 8am-9am

Yoga Tune Up

Instructor: Laura

 

In this four-week series, we will break down the body from the ground up, focusing on a different region of the body each week as we explore common areas of tension, weakness and blind spots associated with that area. Each class is a blend of guided self-massage techniques, breath work and a variety of explorative movement sequences aimed at improving your range of motion, building strength, decreasing muscle tension and fine tuning your proprioceptive awareness to help you identify and correct habitual postural and movement patterns. You will walk away with practical self care ideas to use at home. “Yoga Tune Up® is for all levels”
